Durrell J. Fox, BS, CHW
Mr. Fox is a Community Health Worker (CHW) with over 21 years of experience. In his CHW role, Durrell has provided direct care, HIV counseling-testing, support group facilitation, outreach, advocacy and case management support for HIV+ and at risk adolescents. He worked for 10 years as a street outreach worker/CHW for the Boston Street Youth Outreach Program and drop in center.
Mr. Fox is employed by the New England HIV Education Consortium (NEHEC) at the New England AIDS Education and Training Center (NEAETC), a University of Massachusetts Medical School, Commonwealth Medicine (CWM) program based at the Center for Health Policy and Research (CHPR). He has been with NEHEC, a Minority AIDS Initiative special capacity-building funded project, for 12 years.
