Kathleen Regan, MD
Dr. Kathleen Regan is a Michigan native, born and raised. She attended Kalamazoo College, Wayne State medical school, and did her residency and fellowship in the US Army via the Health Profession Scholarship program. She served 4 years in North Carolina at Fort Bragg. Her previous position was Department Chief and Medical Director of the substance abuse program on base, TRISARF. Dr. Regan moved to Midland, MI in 1998 and has been here since then. She is currently the Department Chief at the Mid-Michigan Medical Center, and Medical Director for Behavior Health Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe (SCIT) where they do primarily outpatient work, but also have a 20-bed inpatient psychiatric unit.
